10-Day Adventure to Thailand
DAY 1 (NOV 3): BEGINNING OF TOUR Leave the USA for Thailand
DAY 2 (NOV 4): ARRIVAL Arrive in Thailand. Overnight in Bangkok.
DAY 3 (NOV 5): BANGKOK Begin your day passing through the beautiful Samut Songkram Province to glimpse the timeless lifestyle of the people who reside along the canals in the Damnoen Saduak District. Recurve to Bangkok to continue visiting Grand Palace, an architectural wonder that blends traditional Thai and European styles with its golden stupas, classical pillars, and colorful mosaics. Within the palace complex, you can see the Wat Phra Kaew, one of Thailand's most sacred Buddhist temples and home of the famed Emerald Buddha, before a drive further walking to visit Wat Pho, the grand royal temple complex that holds a (151-foot) 46-m Reclining Buddha. One of Bangkok's oldest temples, Wat Pho was designated a royal monastery during the reign of King Rama I. Hear about the temple's role as a place of education for the public as you explore its pavilions and halls. Across the river to have lunch at restaurant on the river’s bank. After lunch hours continue boat ride to visit Wat Arun and visit the largest prang temple spire in Thailand, beautifully styled with ceramic tiles and fragments of multicolored porcelain that will take your breath away. Start your waterway adventure by traveling down the khlongs of Bangkok, an historic transportation network primarily used in the city's past. Observe locals going about their daily routine as you float upstream. A motorboat carries you into the Bangkok Noi canal and past the Royal Barge Museum and disembark back at Pinklao Pier and enjoy a relaxing drive back to your hotel. Dinner will be served at the hotel
DAY 4 (NOV 6): BANGKOK/CHIANG MAI Transfer to the Bankok Airport. Arrive in Chiang Mai, start to explore the town after clearing and getting the luggage. Visit Varorot Market, tour in the old. Strolling the large central market with its section Varorot River and back in town next flowers. Explore the old city visit city with stop at Wat Chiang Man, the oldest temple within the city walls; Wat Chedi Luang, where the Emerald Buddha was once enshrined. Then drive up by local red truck up for visiting Doi Suthep Temple, where is one of the most sacred temples in Chiangmai – Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, located on hilltop in Northern-Thai style and containing holy relic of Lord Buddha then going down the hill back to the hotel with check-in to the room. Dinner at your hotel
DAY 5 (NOV 7): CHIANG MAI Transfer to visit Elephant Nature Park is a sanctuary for more than a hundred rescued elephants and many other animals, enabling them to live out their lives in their own social groups, roaming the pasture freely. The half-day morning program offers a unique opportunity to spend quality time at Elephant Nature Park, observing and being with the magnificent elephant herd. We prioritize creating a relaxed and immersive experience, lunch, allowing you to truly appreciate and learn from these incredible creatures. DAY 6 (NOV 8): CHIANG MAI Transfer to have fun cooking experience with a local family. Of course is not a commercial cooking class. But you will know culture, the way of living, plenty Thai herb. You will experience a typical day in the life of a Thai people, just real home cooking in a real Thai neighborhood. Join our family car and transfer 20 minutes to Hang dong to spend the day with your 'Thai family. Discover the architecture of traditional Thai house and rice barn. Your Thai family will also demonstrate their basket to garden, family orchid and select fresh ingredients to add to the days cooking extra vaganza. You will learn to cook traditional home cooked recipes with authentic Northern Thai flavors that are different from standard dishes offer in commercial cooking classes. Best of all you will have the opportunity to get to know a real Thai family and be their house guest for the day. Enjoy a delicious home cooked lunch with your family (cooked together). Return to the hotel and day with leisure. Evening, transfer to have farewell with local Northern dinner called, Khantoke. Experience an enchanting night with delicious Thai cuisine and a cultural folk-dancing show in a lively atmosphere. Be captivated by the traditional dances, appreciate the festive music, and see vibrant costumes of various members of the native hill tribes. Sit back and relax while you are dazzled by a show filled with colorful costumes, time-honored music, and folklore. Take in the ceremonial and exotic dances of the unique hill-tribe villages of Yao, Lahu, Hmong, Lisu, and Karen. After a fulfilling night, your transfer brings you back to your hotel. DAY 7 (NOV 9): CHIANG MAI/PHUKET Transfer from the hotel in Chiang Mai to Chiang Mai Hotel. Arrival Phuket, transfer from Phuket Airport to hotel in Phuket. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight hotel in Phuket.
DAY 8 (NOV 10): PHUKET Escape to the breathtaking beauty of Phang Nga Bay with our Twilight Sea Canoe experience. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the bay as you glide through crystal-clear waters, exploring hidden caves and limestone cliffs. Our expert guides will lead you on an unforgettable journey, showcasing the stunning scenery and rich marine life that this UNESCO World Heritage Site has to offer. DAY 9 (NOV 11): PHUKET Day at your own leisure with hotel’s beach and facilities. Evening transfer to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and then to the Phuket Airport.
DAY 10 (NOV 12): DEPARTURE Arrive back to USA.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
PASSPORTS: Passports must be valid with an expiration date of at least six months beyond the return home date of the tour. Participants with non-US passports are responsible for country-specific entry requirements. If you do not have a valid passport or need to renew your passport, enter "RENEWING" or "APPLIED FOR" when completing registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The $500 per person deposit is nonrefundable. Other payments exceeding the $500 per person are refundable in full up to ninety days prior to departure. After this date, refunds for unused accommodations and services will be limited to the amount received from and/or credited by all carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels. All funds, including the deposit, are non-transferable.
AIR: The Standard Tour includes round-trip, economy-class airfare from the departure city listed in the itinerary. All group seating is assigned by the airline and cannot be changed by Signature Tours. Seat changes can only be made during check-in at the airport. Upgrades such as Comfort, Premium, Business, or First Class are not available with the standard tour. Participants who wish to upgrade or purchase a specific seat should choose the Land Only option when registering. Frequent flyer, TSA Precheck, and Global Entry numbers can only be added at check-in.
LAND ONLY: Participants who wish to arrange their own air should choose the Land Only option. $1000pp will be deducted from the standard tour price when selecting this option. Participants arranging their own air should notify Signature Tours at least 6 months prior to the departure date. Land Only Passengers arriving with or before the group are welcome to join the group bus at no additional charge. For those not traveling with the group, Signature Tours can provide contact information to arrange a private transfer.
GROUND/TRANSFERS: The group will be met on arrival by a Signature Tours representative and transferred to the hotel/airport. Land Only participants not traveling with the group are responsible for scheduling ground transfers.
HOTELS: Superior first-class hotels throughout. Priced based on two people per room with a private bath and shower.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: A limited number of single rooms are available at additional supplement prices. Signature Tours and/or the group leader will make every attempt to pair single participants requesting a roommate. However, the single supplement fee will be charged for each person occupying a single room, whether by choice or circumstance.
MEALS: Breakfast and dinner are provided daily.
SIGHTSEEING: Entrance fees to all places listed in the itinerary are included, as well as an expert English-speaking guide.
LUGGAGE: Space is limited on the tour buses. Participants are allowed one suitcase weighing 50lbs or less and will be transported in storage under the bus. Participants are allowed one backpack/daypack or personal bag to carry on the bus during the tour. These requirements will meet most airline carrier restrictions. See the carrier website for airline-specific baggage restrictions and requirements. Medical devices are not included in these restrictions.
TIPS, SERVICE CHARGES, AND TAXES: Tips, service charges, and taxes ARE INCLUDED in the selling price. Taxes, as imposed by national and/or local governments, that are not included at the time of booking are the responsibility of the participant.
NOT INCLUDED: Excess baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees, food or drink items not listed on the regular table menu for included meals, and items of a personal nature such as room service, laundry, etc. Any service not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: This tour requires a substantial amount of walking. Many of the sites are not accessible by wheelchair, and the uneven terrain is not feasible for rollators. Signature Tours reserves the right to refuse individuals who may require special attention beyond what the tour guide and tour host can provide.
